Hello, I'm sorry about the negative feedback from your order.
Can you please explain to me in more detail the cause of the problem?
You ordered an alarm clock base. Which base did you receive? If we made a mistake, we will fix it without delay.
All of our alarm clocks are USB plug in, so I don't understand the detail in your comment or you say you don't have one on your base.

You ordered a lamp with a basic base. After receiving it, you told us that you made a mistake and that you wanted a clock base instead. The plate you ordered is not compatible with a clock base, so we can not offer you an exchange of base. We have offered you a commercial gesture, however we have not had any feedback from you. Hello Marie, thank you very much for your opinion which makes us really happy. To adjust the sound of the Bluetooth speaker, just press and hold down the + or - button (the 2 buttons in the middle).
