So perfect for the result but we ordered on the 17th of December and were hoping to receive the order for Christmas but didn't receive it until the 28th.

We were supposed to receive the lamps for Christmas, so we got them on the 31st. 12 days of delivery is too long. Otherwise the lamps are very good, my children were happy in the end. But it's a pity.

Response from Pictyourlamp.com
Good morning Mrs Piccolo, we are absolutely sorry for the delay, we know that during this festive season we have no right to be wrong. The package was sent on time, but the time it took the post office to deliver is much longer than the commitments. We are sorry about this and have sent you today a purchase order to use on a future order. Hoping that you will not hold it against us, all the team of lampephoto.fr joins me in wishing you a very happy new year to come. Sincerely, Thomas from Lampephoto.fr

I ordered 2 personalized lamps to give for Christmas on the advice of a friend. Hats off for the work! Reconstruction of a part of the head of a cut photo, and moving people to the other lamp so that all pass in the heart... I wasn't expecting so much work at all. Thank you very much for your time. At this price it's really great of you. I'll see you soon.

Wonderful! I gave it to my beautiful fan, I made a happy one. One less star for the remote control that wasn't working. But thanks for replacing it.

Already ordered for Father's Day and then for Christmas for the grandma and grandpa, it was all the rage. Very nice reproduction of the photo.

Received on Christmas Eve. It was hot! We ordered the 15th thinking it was wide but it was borderline. The photo looks great. Thanks

Bravo for the quality of the engraving. You could swear it's printed... It's really beautiful. I hesitated a lot with a normal base, but I don't regret it! The work of an artist!

The illuminated frame gives a very special effect compared to what we are used to seeing. It's really bluffing! I will recommend it to my friends. PS: Thank you for your responsiveness and availability.

The first order we had ordered a single pedestal and several plates for our son's room, but his sister was jealous. The second order, this time a single plate and 2 pedestals. The little one was delighted. Even the daddy with his lamp now :) Thanks again for the speed!

We were ordering for the third time. As usual, very short lead time, perfect result but this time one of the remote control didn't work. We got one back without having to send the first one back, which is really nice. Thanks to the customer service!

I bought my lamp on ebay from china, the base lasted 3 weeks... I hope this one will last longer. Anyway, it looks much better quality. And the light is much stronger. Just the batteries for the remote control are not included.

I had already ordered from your competitor, and honestly the quality of the engraving has nothing to do with it, your result is bluffing. Moreover your pedestals are much better and you are cheaper!! What more could you ask for? Thanks again and see you soon for Christmas.

I just received my order. I was a bit afraid of what it might look like since we can't have a "pre-rendering" but I'm not disappointed at all. Thanks to Thomas for his availability and kindness. I will come back very soon for more gifts. Good day and good continuation
