I ordered 3 lamps. Two are perfect, the third has scratches on the plate. After several days of exchanging emails and photos, I received a new plate that was also scratched. I deplore the uneven quality of the plates produced and the complexity of the after-sales service to exchange them. So much for this Christmas present, I give up.

I had 3 messages announcing a delivery and a postponement.I ordered on Friday and was able to pick up my package 10 days later (commitment within 48 hours). Your answer is there is nothing we can do.
