I'm delighted with the look of my photo lamps, and my children thought it was a great idea. On the other hand, I had to pick up my parcel at a relay point, even though I had paid shipping costs so that I wouldn't have to go anywhere and have it delivered to my home. I ordered the gift for my son paid the higher shipping costs for it to arrive on December 24. To date nothing has arrived and my sheet is leaving tomorrow!!! It is true that Christmas period, as they replied to me the couriers are very busy, but at the when ordering do not assure me delivery for December 24! I asked for a refund and they did not answer me!!!

I have order the lamp and pay voor 24our service but it was 72 our later So ik want the money what i pay extra voor the 24 our back

The lamp (product) is beautiful, but the shipping leaves a lot to be desired! I paid for express delivery 24 hours and only received the delivery a week later. UPS claimed to have made two delivery attempts, which I can refute as the building is under camera surveillance.

Satisfied with the lamp (the foot is too plastic) but on the other hand the delivery is unacceptable I find, paid the express delivery, we spent the day at home they did not pass, balance sheet received 3j late!

You charged me 11 euros more for guaranteed delivery within 24 h and I received the package 3 DAYS LATER!!!!!
