It's a pity that there was no instruction manual included. Otherwise, the lamp is beautiful, if only it would always light up.

Really disappointed, no information about the delivery, the emails do not exist, so I only received the money after 10 days, I think you are scammers, they charge you fees and use your money as credit and without interest, good business, right?

I placed an order and as soon as I did, I checked that I had entered a wrong date. I sent 3 messages from the website 2 minutes after placing the order and yet I received no response to any of them and received the product with the wrong date. Non-existent customer service!!

I would wish that the top device included a remote control in addition to Bluetooth. That's why 4 instead of 5 stars. Otherwise, I am very satisfied, the processing and delivery were flawless.

I am really happy about the pict- yourlamp. A great item! One thing I wasn't happy about it. UPS did change 4 times their delivery. They say I wasn't at home, but I really was at home. One time I did send a message they must deliver at the neighbour, but they didn't. On the parcel were 4 stickers with my address. They say they did try to deliver, but it's not true. A nice item, but service of UPS is really bad...
