I'm really thrilled...the product turned out great. Highly recommended and absolutely fast delivery
After first receiving a parcel with a damaged plate, I had to wait a week before receiving a second plate, which arrived very well packaged and without any problem. So I have to say that the products aren't superbly packaged on the first occasion. If it had been the same packaging as on the second occasion, there wouldn't have been any problem.

Very nice lamp, different colors and easy to use. Don't forget to remove the folie first because I thought to see some scratches on the glas but you have to take of the plastic.

I would like to complain about it and unfortunately I have not received a reply to date.
The order, delivery and quality of the lamp are very good. The only thing that was a little confusing was that the actuations etc. were sometimes in one language and then again in another. But that's not too bad. So everything is great.

Absolutely not happy with the lamp. The contours of the black suit were unfortunately not even hinted at, but left out completely, which means that the majority of the lamp is simply transparent. Only the quality of the material is really good.
