Sorry, you noted on your site delivery 24h, 48h I received it two weeks later, so I am disappointed.

I am trying to return the order, but after sending a message to them, there was not much of a reply regarding how I can return the order.

Nothing to say about the beauty of the product as well as the shipping which is very fast. However, one light base out of the 3 products ordered (for Christmas gifts) was defective and I received no response from customer service after sending an email 2 weeks ago.

After sending an email forgetting the order number, I sent another email this time with the order number, and after 1 week of waiting regarding a base problem, I received no news.
