Hello, I knew your products on a market in St Pierre la Mer in the beyond and I was told that I could buy personalized products on your site with the solcle that I bought from them, I made an order of 2 personalized items, the price with the promised discount, delivery everything is perfect, jump that your plate is wider than those needed for my base and nothing is stipulated on the site, fortunately it works but it is not stable, it's really too bad. Product = satisfied but immediately after i placed the order i indicated that i noticed i made a mistake in the order ( one of my trials was stored in the shopping cart but i did not see this => after ordering i had 2 lamps, 1 that i wanted and 1 that i did not want because this was trial). i mailed immediately to indicate that i made a mistake and requested to remove my " mistake order". did not receive any answer. 2 or 3 days later i received a mail that order was being sent, i indicated again that i would like to have the mistake lamp removed, but i received a message that this was not possible anymore. so i'm quite disappointed that there was no reply/action on my first mail. now i paid double the price.
