I'm missing the remote control
UPS delivered the package on the 27th
I have order the lamp and pay voor 24our service but it was 72 our later So ik want the money what i pay extra voor the 24 our back

I thought everything wasn't plastic
The lamp (product) is beautiful, but the shipping leaves a lot to be desired! I paid for express delivery 24 hours and only received the delivery a week later. UPS claimed to have made two delivery attempts, which I can refute as the building is under camera surveillance.

Satisfied with the lamp (the foot is too plastic) but on the other hand the delivery is unacceptable I find, paid the express delivery, we spent the day at home they did not pass, balance sheet received 3j late!

Lamp ok, base quite cheap. Unfortunately the delivery took place after Christmas, although the page said before Christmas. Ordered on Tuesday, only sent on Saturday, so of course it can't work.
The package was supposed to arrive on December 23/24...to date there is no news of it !!!! I checked it has been stopped for 4 days...!!!!
I'm disappointed with the finish and the cut at the hairline. The cut edges are not clean. However, the overall look is nice.

Hello The rendering of the product is really beautiful but I had made a request for modification that could not be made ... and after complaint my second order to a delivery time of 8 days as by chance after reporting my dissatisfaction with my first order... Sincerely Gary Balodis
Picture and light quite good, remote control rather inferior, battery had to be replaced by a slightly thicker one for the remote control to work at all

The 3D photo is scratched and it's not very professional. I told myself when I bought French that it would be of better quality, but I see that it's not the case.
The delivery is disastrous I ordered a parcel on December 10th paying for a 48/72h home delivery I had to wait 11 days before receiving it and the deliveryman put it in a relay point without even trying at my home.
Impossible to set the time, but the photos are perfect.

I had to glue back the handle of the zorro sword that was broken, I'm disappointed.
I ordered 3 lamps. Two are perfect, the third has scratches on the plate. After several days of exchanging emails and photos, I received a new plate that was also scratched. I deplore the uneven quality of the plates produced and the complexity of the after-sales service to exchange them. So much for this Christmas present, I give up.
