I am disappointed with the result, especially not to give a photo with a shadow because the engraving is not great I would have liked to be pointed out before doing the work.
Order placed on Friday with an extra charge of €9.90 for 24h delivery. Parcel received on Monday... Otherwise, very satisfied with the product.
Beautiful lamps, but one remote control does not work. There is no response to complaints by email. All I want is a working remote control and any feedback at all. MfG Doreen
Hello, I knew your products on a market in St Pierre la Mer in the beyond and I was told that I could buy personalized products on your site with the solcle that I bought from them, I made an order of 2 personalized items, the price with the promised discount, delivery everything is perfect, jump that your plate is wider than those needed for my base and nothing is stipulated on the site, fortunately it works but it is not stable, it's really too bad. So I'm hesitating to order again because I don't know how to choose the right plate for my base. Sincerely, Blaise Catherine
The idea of the product is very good but it was not possible to see how the photo would look like before printing, also the printing does not allow to appreciate the photo properly.
I thought the lamp would be a little bigger.
I did not receive the complete order (I ordered the A4 format tray to go with the lamp but I did not receive it with an extra charge of 21€).

The lamp arrived ruined
Product = satisfied but immediately after i placed the order i indicated that i noticed i made a mistake in the order ( one of my trials was stored in the shopping cart but i did not see this => after ordering i had 2 lamps, 1 that i wanted and 1 that i did not want because this was trial). i mailed immediately to indicate that i made a mistake and requested to remove my " mistake order". did not receive any answer. 2 or 3 days later i received a mail that order was being sent, i indicated again that i would like to have the mistake lamp removed, but i received a message that this was not possible anymore. so i'm quite disappointed that there was no reply/action on my first mail. now i paid double the price.
I am satisfied with the product but not with the delivery which was guaranteed in 24 hours and instead it took longer. I purchased the product Thursday evening but it arrived Monday afternoon.

Delivery takes long, UPS has really bad customer service they also lost my package so no for sure not happy with the delivery. Contact with company regarding issues also not very available tbh.
The logo is far too difficult to recognize
You can't send it back. I have tried to contact the dealer several times. No reply from the retailer. No return slip was left in the parcel ...

UPS service quality problem: never showed up at my home. Dropped off the package far from my home. Gave incorrect pick-up information.
I have not received the base and remote control.
They sent me the wrong lamp base but after complaining they replaced it . I sent colored fotos but got black and white photo plate... looks cheap and not very presentable Abd therefore in my opinion so overchargee. I wouldnt have placed the order if i knew that before, because they have samples of colored ones on their home page... So with the photos are not so clearly visible...I would not have placed the order if i knew it was to be black and white printing. They have colored ones on their website which attracted my attention and interest to have one.... So am very much disappointed..Will never recommend it.
Poor quality for the price. Almost 70e for an alarm clock with a so-called "high-end" speaker...
I paid an expensive fee for delivery to a "point relais" near my home and the deliveryman decided to drop my parcel off 15 km away without my consent and without my being informed, so I was not delivered.
The lamp is nice, but the container was torn, so it's not a great gift. A bit disappointed.

Nice product but quality not top top
I'm disappointed by the quality of this lamp, I didn't expect it to be a piece of engraved plexi. I think the price is really excessive compared to the quality. For this price, you'd expect etched glass, not plexiglass. What's more, a preview of the rendering would give you a better idea of the result before you buy, and if need be, I'd like to change the photo, because the colors are reversed and I end up with 2 floating heads without seeing the T-shirt.
Very fast and careful delivery. On the other hand the relay point was not respected at all I had to move I find it a pity in view of the amounts of delivery charges!!!

The cable supplied for the base was the wrong one. The base was presented as being made of wood, but is in fact made of imitation wood .... In short, the glass part is not bad and fortunately ....
I ordered a Tiger 3D lamp and received it scratched and damaged. And for a return with the service concerned, it's complicated. I'm disappointed.

It's not the first time I've ordered on the site, everything is perfect right up to the moment of delivery. With GLS everything was perfect: you were warned in real time, you could even choose options in real time in case you were absent, but the last time with UPS it was really catastrophic, the deliveryman didn't even call, when you looked on the tracking, the parcel was directly at the relay point even though there was always someone at home at all hours.
