Hello, I am very satisfied with the tractor photo lamps. However, I was disappointed with the personalized photo lamp, which doesn't do much. We're barely visible. It's a shame.

Lamp received late, sent without protective film and scratched all over. I don't know what to do since it's a wedding gift. To be checked with the bride and groom.
Order placed on Friday with an extra charge of €9.90 for 24h delivery. Parcel received on Monday... Otherwise, very satisfied with the product.

Disappointed with the packaging, no blister, box not properly sized so the plate pierced the cardboard, poorly protected. Worst of all for 1 gift, plate feet scratched in several places.

Order received very quickly. The instructions given concerning the photos to appear on the key rings were followed. However, concerning the 3D John Deer tractor lamp, there is a difference between the measurements of the plate received (20x20 cm) and those indicated on the site for the A4 format (20x30 cm). Customer service quickly replied to my e-mail, explaining that the difference was due to the marks that had to be respected. OK. However, the measurements needed to be changed on the site to avoid this disappointment on receipt.
