The cable to connect is broken.

Lamp arrived in a very short time. It meets my expectations. Very pretty. The engraving is nice.

Product delivered with a remote control, a USB-C plug, a battery compartment... we don't know if there is an internal battery, if we can put rechargeable batteries in the case instead of normal LR6, and why the remote control has two columns of identical buttons... 2 emails via the contact form: 0 response. This product is not just a laser engraving! Only one type of stand offered for a Valentine's creation is a shame because I wanted a stand with Bluetooth and alarm.... So it could be better.
