I think the photo lamp is a great gift, but the plexiglass arrived with a lot of scratches, which is a real shame.

In the text, two words are attached. This spoils the sentence and the surprise...too bad nobody saw it to rectify it...

Hello I am very happy with the result for the lamp but disappointed for the delivery time because I paid more to have it quickly with DHL express and I received my package 9 days later only negative point because the lamp is beautiful thank you for the work done.

Very nice product, personalized photo lamp with alarm clock holder. The only big PROBLEM is that there are no instructions on how to operate the alarm clock because the time is not permanently displayed. And other problems

Discharges very quickly

Delivery made outside my home found in a grocery store after complaint because the deliveryman had not warned me and the product has a defect compared to the photo damage.

A first lamp scratched, a second less but still... Although customer service is extremely responsive and understanding, I'm rather disappointed with my experience, even if I'm still convinced that the concept is top-notch.

Ordered on a Wednesday evening, manufactured on Thursday, delivered on Friday morning! Incredibly fast delivery. Perfect packaging. I had expected something of higher quality, and there were 2 scratches, close to the base but a little disappointing. The workmanship needs to be better. That said, the luminous base makes a nice and original gift.

I ordered 3 times on this site, I was only satisfied the second time. Fast service guaranteed. The second time I got the wrong base, even though I had bought the most expensive one. The third time, the base didn't work anymore... bad value for money.

Very well made but two big scratches

Fast and efficient, but a few problems remain. There is a difference in brightness compared to the image on the site. For example, the brightness is strong near the base, then fades as you move up the image. On the site image, brightness is even across the entire plate. What's more, some details don't stand out as shown. In the case of Toothless's lamp (Dragon animation), the female Lightning Fury is completely white. The detail of her scales is not perceptible. Conclusion: an interesting, innovative and pleasant product overall, but with only average precision.

Pretty but unfortunately arrived with scratches.

Very disappointed with the material of the lamps and the length of the electric cable, which was much too short. For the price, I didn't expect to get a Plexiglas lamp with such a short cable.

Very fast design and delivery. Product as requested. On the other hand, the quality of the photo print leaves something to be desired, it has nothing to do with the beautiful print you see on the site.

Lots of scratches on the lamp

Hello, out of 3 lamps ordered, one wasn't great because the red sticky label was on the unplasticized side, leaving marks that were impossible to remove. The others were well placed on the plasticized side. IMPOSSIBLE to offer it to the person. A little disappointed

It has nothing to do with the product, it's just that I thought I had a much larger lamp.
