Not satisfied. I paid an additional 15 euros for express delivery in 24 hours because it was for an important gift and it was delivered to me 5 days later and after emails of complaints, no responses. Shameful.

Hello, for the product, nothing to complain about, but for the delivery, I am a bit less satisfied. There was a problem with the location; the initial address, the tobacco shop, was on vacation on the delivery dates, so they dropped it off at another address, another tobacco shop that is also a partner with UPS. By the time I understood, I picked up the package after the date for my daughter's birthday, so she was a bit disappointed. Best regards.

Hello, I have received the order but in the package, two plates, one with our photo and the cut-out hearts and on the other the drawn hearts but not our couple's photo. The gift is ruined, no one wants to contact me by phone to explain the situation. I have already received this kind of lamp and I was not disappointed.

To be honest, a bit disappointed, I took the wooden base because on the site it shows it with a cord and switch so I deduce that it works on 220v, well no it's a USB plug so I need to find a socket with an equivalent voltage. Otherwise, it looks great and the kid is super happy that's the main thing.

I received a lamp that I did not order, no return slip and totally scratched. I wrote to the company and was blocked, I just want the lamp that I ordered and no one is responding to my emails. Product delivered with a remote control, a USB-C plug, a battery compartment... we don't know if there is an internal battery, if we can put rechargeable batteries in the case instead of normal LR6, and why the remote control has two columns of identical buttons... 2 emails via the contact form: 0 response. This product is not just a laser engraving! Only one type of stand offered for a Valentine's creation is a shame because I wanted a stand with Bluetooth and alarm.... So it could be better.
