Product corresponds to our expectations and complies. Very pleased with the product. On the other hand, very disappointed after UPS for the carrier. I'm fighting to get my shipping costs back but they won't let me. Apparently I have to go through you. My parcel wasn't delivered within the timeframe indicated and on top of that I had to pick it up at a relay point.
