Customer reviews of Pictyourlamp.com

very nice

Lamp was delivered as pictured. Great lamp! Communication with the seller is poor.

Everything perfect fast delivery

Perfect delivery

Super

The package is delivered to another pickup point.

good product in the end, perhaps less detailed than the photos but without spending a fortune it's fine. Excellent shipping and packaging.

Super

No customer follow-up, complaint email sent without ever receiving a response from lampephoto.fr. No phone line for complaints.

The lamp is beautifully designed and with the light, it is an absolute eye-catcher. Clear recommendation

The product matches the description very well, I recommend it. However, it should have been designed to be directly connected to the mains, the battery is not made for constant use.

Well, FANTASTIC.

Very pretty lamp, looks great. Ideal for making a gift, with lots of ideas. Fast delivery. Plus, French products. I recommend it 100%.

I am very satisfied with this site. The delivery is fast and the lamp is of good quality.

Super purchase very happy And very fast shipping

Fast delivery and item as described. Nothing more to say.

Great

I sent an email and a message via the site to file a complaint about my order. I will therefore take advantage of your request for feedback to reiterate my complaint pending a response since 16/03: 1- the package was not delivered to the correct relay point but to another one without us being notified /2- the packaging box was not sealed! /3- there is no protective film as indicated because the bat is full of marks /4- (the most serious) is that the bat is cracked (see photo I sent you)! I am waiting for a quick response on all these points as well as compensation (either for the entire order or a new lamp): reminder according to article L217-4, the seller must deliver a good that conforms to the contract and respond to any existing conformity defects at the time of delivery. THANK YOU

Top, fast and in accordance with the order. Thank you very much, I will not hesitate to recommend this site.

Quick receipt Good quality

Very happy with the result

lamp all scratched very disappointed without base and remote control

In accordance with what I asked, very happy

Great product, fast shipping.

Very happy with my order

Fast delivery, the product is just as described, perfect, nothing to say. I would order again if needed.

Product received well and quick.

Order still not received request for refund

Product conforms to the description, delivered quickly to the relay point, works

They are very professional

Very well done

Very disappointed, the plexiglass has micro scratches and does not hold very well in the holder and there is a delay in delivery

I returned my order because I received it too late to give it as a gift. To this day, I am still waiting to be refunded.

Very good and prompt execution!

2 plates received, 2 non-compliant plates. First plate received with clearly visible marks impossible to remove, impacts/cutting inaccuracies causing light leaks on the edges. The second plate received as a replacement has exactly the same defects in the same places... which confirms a systematic manufacturing problem, with the bonus of a 2cm scratch right in the middle of the surface, visible from a meter away. No quality control apparently performed before shipment, even after a detailed complaint with photos. The product was intended to be given as a birthday gift...

I bought it for a friend, I didn't know what her reaction would be and I was more than surprised... she simply loved it! She was so happy that she leaves it on every night! Thank you so much for making my friend happy! It's a purchase I will not regret at all!

Very good site, I have been ordering for a long time and I am always just as satisfied, thank you

Product matching expectations and the online order - Beautiful work - thank you and well done
