Following my order on the site, the parcel was dispatched very quickly via the UPS carrier, which took very few days to reach me. The lamp is protected in its box and installation is very simple. A serious and quality seller. I recommend "Lampephoto.fr" !!!

The touch button on the wooden base doesn't work or works very badly. I sent an e-mail explaining in detail what I had found, but to date there has been no reply.

Dear Sir or Madam, When testing the device, the sign illumination cannot be switched on, not even with the remote control. The time and date could be set. Please return the defective base part and supply a replacement. Yours sincerely, Reiner Hirsch

Very nice gift the only problem is that the photo should be fixed with a click so that it does not fall because there it is just posed in the hole.
