The lamp contains a serious optical error, which I have reported. Only a succinct answer comes back that that shouldn't be bad. Another email from me was not even responded to. I think that if you really pay a lot of money for such a lamp, you have to get a 100% good product. I wasn't even offered a discount or anything like that.
I was really excited when I found this website but I was really disappointed to be honest! First of all I ordered a 24h shipment that didn't work at all cause I got the package with a delay of a week!!!! Second the lamp came broken like I mean the stander and I wrote mails and tried to contact the firm but it didn't work! I would have really appreciated it if I would get at least some kind of compensation
Poor customer service, poor delivery, overpriced delivery which then arrives after 4 days anyway.
Too expensive, for what it is, anywhere in Spain you can find it for half the price.
I paid for a 24h delivery service, and it arrived 2 days later, I claimed for a refund for the difference of arriving in 24h to 72h and no case, they shielded that it was the problem of the transport company, when surely they will ask for compensation.

nous sommes vraiment désolé pour le désagrément. Comme indiqué lors de nos échanges, nous avons respécté nos engagements en expédiant votre commande le lendemain de votre commande. Cependant vous avez choisi la méthode de livraison 48/72H pour l'Espagne. Du fait que les transporteur ne livre pas le samedi, vous ne pouviez pas recevoir votre colis à temps. Il aurai fallu choisir la méthode DHL Express 24H. En espérant que vous ne nous en tiendrai pas rigueur, je vous souhaite un bonne journée.

I had placed a 24 hour express order and paid extra for it. The delivery arrived with several days delay, in principle, normal delivery time with me. Then I wanted to have the surcharge I paid for the express delivery, back again. Is yes I think also quite clearly understandable. After several e-mails with a certain Ophelia, which explained to me several times, that they do not blame but the transport company. In this case it does not matter at all how the delay came about. Fact is, I have placed an order with you and paid you the money for a service that was not provided. It is an impertinence not to report now and simply wrongfully withhold my money.

The website is nice... original products but you should change carrier and especially you unload of bos responsibilities on the transport company that is crazy about the customer... delivery fees never refunded nor any commercial gesture.

My experience has not been good since I placed an order three days before Mother's Day from Spain and I did it because it said that the shipment in 48h could be in Madrid in this case.it turns out that I did not receive it until 6 days later I asked for it on Wednesday and it arrived on Monday.They tell you that it is approximately 48 hours, in my opinion they can not put that, you pay for the shipment of 48 hours and then if you want it in 24 hours you pay more, I doubt very much that it is so because the company that makes them the delivery, GLS, told me that when it leaves France minimum are 2 days you want to leave France plus another two in this case to Madrid, therefore do not comply with what they say and there are many comments that are late too, so they have a problem ma with the transport company or are they not complying with the planning they say they do.I would not recommend this product to anyone who wants to buy a new one, but I would recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a new one.
De plexiglas plaat heeft aan de achterkant kant allemaal vlekjes niet duidelijk te ien op de foto.Maar wel op de standaard met het lichtje aan.Zeer jammer! Is het geld niet waard!
Na de oplossing en onze laatste e-mail uitwisselingen, zou een kleine wijziging van uw mening leuk zijn 😉

The plate you ordered is not compatible with a clock base, so we can not offer you an exchange of base. We have offered you a commercial gesture, however we have not had any feedback from you.
