DHL geeft aan een fout gemaakt te hebben, met de mededeling dat een verzoek om restitutie van de leveringskosten via de leverancier dient te verlopen. Leverancier zegt dat het eigen schuld is en geeft geen reactie op mails. Is verder ook niet telefonisch te bereiken, dus slechte communicatie en service

I ordered this lamp with my grandson and gave it to him as a gift on Christmas Eve, unfortunately a big disappointment the ordered lamp was not in expected order inside. A similar lamp without integrated alarm clock came out to the disappointment of my grandson. We will return it and ask for the price back
