Leverancier zegt dat het eigen schuld is en geeft geen reactie op mails. Is verder ook niet telefonisch te bereiken, dus slechte communicatie en service

I ordered this lamp with my grandson and gave it to him as a gift on Christmas Eve, unfortunately a big disappointment the ordered lamp was not in expected order inside. A similar lamp without integrated alarm clock came out to the disappointment of my grandson. We will return it and ask for the price back
