product = satisfied but immediately after i placed the order i indicated that i noticed i made a mistake in the order ( one of my trials was stored in the shopping cart but i did not see this => after ordering i had 2 lamps, 1 that i wanted and 1 that i did not want because this was trial). i mailed immediately to indicate that i made a mistake and requested to remove my " mistake order". did not receive any answer. 2 or 3 days later i received a mail that order was being sent, i indicated again that i would like to have the mistake lamp removed, but i received a message that this was not possible anymore. so i'm quite disappointed that there was no reply/action on my first mail. now i paid double the price.
