Sending the package extremely long, forcing me to call customer service (they, not deigned to inform me) to find out why and following this requires statements of account + identity card supposedly for the anti-fraud service while the payment was cashed by their bank ... invasion of privacy, I'm not sure their method complies with the eyes of the law 👎
