I still haven't received my order for over 2 weeks... no customer service! Wanting to make too many offers and discounts the rest do not follow.

Mixed reviews. So far no problems with them but my last order took 2 weeks to be shipped and I find it unacceptable to have to harass customer service to choose a package shipment . The least I can do is to warn customers for example by putting a general message on the home page informing them that there is a delay due to the balance otherwise good product that works.
