Good products, but when there's a problem with an order we prefer not to send the product back but to offer 50% for the next time... this time it was a problem with a pump on a cream, which was a bit annoying.

I can't say what the product is like, but it took 17 days from payment to delivery. Was supposed to be a birthday present, which it no longer is. The customer service was also a disaster as there were no answers to my questions! I won't be ordering from here again

The delivery with dpd is the biggest crap and that you can only have it delivered to your home for more shipping costs is also crap ... the delivery place I chose just gave my package back to dpd and now it is in the stars whether I will get my soap or not.
