The returns process is an act and not at all customer-friendly. If you swear by your product, it is also possible to send it back with less effort and at a lower cost. Two of the three products arrived with damaged packaging. The make-up remover even had half of its protective film open. It is questionable how long the product will now keep, as I cannot of course determine when the protective film was partially removed (the product can only be kept for 12 months after opening). The face cream has leaked and the container is sticky as a result. I suspect that I received a product that had already been opened and returned by another customer. I was so outraged that I forgot to take a photo of everything, which means I am now unable to request a refund. All in all, I bought and paid for 3 expensive products, 2 of which were damaged, opened and some of which have already leaked. Never again!
