Soap received in poor condition. The customer service didn't quite live up to my expectations. I have received a coupon code, thank you very much, but this does not solve the problem. The soap should have been packed properly which was not the case. It was bound to get damaged, Cdlt.

Very fast shipping.👌 A bit hesitant because I was afraid that my skin would react badly and that I would get pimple folds. I went to ul dermato and his cream didn't have any effect on me, on the contrary, it burned my skin and the pimples didn't go away. I always had 2 to 3 pimples a day that came back. In the end, with the soap and cream that I have been using for only 1 week, I have no more new pimples or 1 or 2 due to the arrival of my period, but my skin is much clearer and I can see a difference.
