Hello, After using your products morning and evening for over a month I am satisfied with the smell but the effectiveness of the soap and cream does not have the one indicated by your company or the people who make commercial marketing ... it soothes the redness a little but did not alleviate it and it did not calm my skin problems or my acne. So I would say that I am not really satisfied with your products.

I'm happy with the products, but a little flat, I find that compared to my order (2 soaps, precious cream, cream without oil, milk peeling, beeswax mask) you could have offered me the brush in view of the amount of the order.

I've been using the soap for a month and the precious cream for two weeks. I have a lot less pimples and my spots have faded. On the other hand, the soap dries out the skin a lot. For the cream I find it also effective, but I have the impression that it does not hydrate the face much, I must add a cream on certain parts of my face, otherwise it pulls.
