I got scared when I saw all the negative comments, and then I went for it. I received the soap 3 days after I ordered and in my package was missing the oil-free cream. I immediately called customer service who immediately sent me the cream and apologized for forgetting. I received my cream 4 days later. So that's very fast. The smell is not strong if soap is a little flowery. It is soft and easy to use. The cream smells great and its texture is very fluid and soft. I have oily and reactive skin, since I use the products my skin remains soft and matt and no reaction when I expose it to the sun. I am delighted with the products.
