Perfect product! Always a pleasure to use it though ... The delivery is a scandal with Chronopost... It doesn't even ring but leaves a delivery notice in the mailbox... I had to go to the post office to pick up my parcel when I paid for it to arrive at home. I hate going out of my house. Chronopost does its job badly.

I'm happy with my order! But I think it's a shame we can't track our package... It arrived on a Saturday morning at the post office and I had asked for it to be delivered to my home. In the end I was able to pick it up on Monday so it's fine... but here's my opinion:) if not always satisfied with the products!!
