Very fast delivery time (delivered in Germany), promise kept in terms of products and their effects,... The only downside, a slightly defective packaging on one of the products (pump) that prevents me from using it as agreed! However, the packaging is very nice and my case must be unique or rare so I prefer not to take it into account!
