Having already ordered several times, fully satisfied with your products, I remain disappointed with my last order received. One of the products, a cream in a glass bottle, was broken, I called and sent an email to inform you about it and get a return but I didn't get any until today . I am not sure about the after-sales service, too bad...

The goat's milk mask soap and the precious cream are simply favourites. However, I'm a little disappointed that I didn't use the oil-free (endocrine disruptor) cream at all because of its composition, which needs to be reviewed.

When I placed my last order, everything was delivered. There was only one omission (a free brush was missing) but as soon as I asked for it, it was sent directly to me. Fast delivery, top products, I'm really happy! There are often promotions, I think it's really great for people like me who buy several products at the same time! I recommend it, because for me, who suffers from acne since I was a teenager, thanks to these products I see a real difference!
