Better packaging would be better. Making your own box would be great and offering deals like 2 products -20%.

They drastically reduced the size of the soap without reducing the price. It's a disgrace to steal from customers in this way.
Does not deliver the right products. After-sales service is on the same level, unqualified.

The products are top notch but unfortunately made in "Israel"... a country that doesn't even exist, very disappointed with the support of the Israeli economy.
Order taken 2 times 2 weeks ago still no refund no news ....
The tube of oil-free cream is in bad condition, the cap doesn't stick to the tube and doesn't hold, I've notified the customer service but they've stopped replying despite the fact that I've sent the same e-mail again and again. It's very disappointing considering the price of the cream. I can't even take it with me on trips. Otherwise, the soap is top quality and I've known about it for years and have never been disappointed. Too bad about the cream.

Since I received it, I've been using it and I'm extremely disappointed. I've gotten so many pimples that now I have to buy pimple products at the pharmacy, so the products are no longer of any use to me! Disappointed
Not even worth 1 etoile buy a set missing several product and it asks me for a certified paper to make a claim at the post office when the carton was not all damaged and that is simply them who have not all crumb.

Missing a product
I ordered the 138€ set 3 times ... I also bought the soap holder 3 times in order to have a complete set for Christmas gifts, and when I received my package it was missing the 3 soaps included in the initial 138€ set!!!! If you're going to offer sets, you might as well have them in stock.... Rather than putting them together for each order! Really disappointed... especially for the amount of products I ordered.
For my part, it didn't work and I got even more pimples.
Catastrophic. I tried to make excuses for this product by saying that other factors could explain the state of my skin. But I'm forced to admit that these factors had never caused such a result on my face. It felt like a swarm of bees had savagely attacked me.
I haven't received my order
To date, I still haven't received my order. I'm told it's a problem with the post office and that a claim has been opened (processing time between 15 days and 3 weeks). In the meantime, no solution has been found and I still don't have my products!
