Disappointed ... classic soap so even more disappointed
My package left I have them complete arrive missing 2 item open carton and it's up to me to make a claim to the post office which will be put without action but I paid my 3 article
Ordered on September 27, it's now October 13, and I still haven't received my parcel, nor has customer service contacted me.
Fast delivery but ineffective product soap that gives pimples and cream that doesn't even moisturize! Disappointed
I hated it, it didn't change a thing
I never received my order because the people who dealt with it did not check my change of address email which I had sent just a few minutes after my order (5 minutes after).
Product broken and opened on receipt.
The products don't work at all, I feel itching and tingling every time I use the precious cream and oil-free cream.

I'm not satisfied because on the site I paid over 30€ and the next day I went to the local pharmacy and to my great surprise they were selling your products for half the price (15€ for your soap instead of 32 on your site).
Error when receiving the parcel, wrong items received. The after-sales service asks for the items to be returned so that they can be sent to another person. The hygiene is more than regrettable and not worthy of a cosmetics brand.

Hello, I'm disappointed by my purchase. My daughter, who has mild acne until now, has been using the soap for a week and it's been a disaster. She has many more pimples than usual, and they are inflammatory pimples. Her face is unrecognizable. I don't understand why this soap is supposed to reduce pimples. I don't recommend it at all.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service: order placed on September 6, still not received today the parcels are resent to the sender that makes twice. and the after-sales service, sends only automatic messages does not answer the other questions. I've been a customer for 5 years
The soap has changed its smell, it's not at all like before.
Disappointing product. I used it for 5 days because I had a rash ++ and my skin was becoming very sensitive and painful. After stopping using the soap, the pimples faded and my skin was less sensitive. The soap also had an unpleasant smell. Bad experience for me.

Missing an article
Barely opened one application and the tip of the pen fell off. Very disappointed
I never received my parcel, I don't know where it is, it's been 15 days since I should have received it. When I call, they tell me to be patient, but after waiting and waiting, I wouldn't recommend them any more unless I change carrier, which today is Chronopost, who are to be avoided.
I received only one soap with the brush whereas the offer I ordered was two soaps with the brush. I've already emailed you a complaint which has gone unanswered.
