Personally, I've been using goat's milk soap for over a year, and so has my son since he got his first teenage pimples. It's the best soap I know for drying skin imperfections. As a psoriasis sufferer, my face is practically spared thanks to this soap. It's part of our daily routine. I've tried turmeric soap and I'm super surprised that it works well too. I use it as a mask once a week and the goat's milk soap as a mask once a week. I tried the cream and the gentle exfoliant but didn't like them as much. Maybe I'll try them again as I've seen some new products. I highly recommend these products.
