Hello, To begin with I really have acneic skin, I often have allergies and I have a lot of spots. Recently I had an allergy, I had a lot of pimples and my skin was super graceful. The PinUp Secret products are truly quality products. On the other hand, the same cannot be said of the team and the after-sales service. During my first 2 orders, the selected relay point was not respected and my parcels were delivered contrary to my request. Today, I'm asking for home delivery, which is not at all convenient for me as I work and given the very light hours of the post office ..... It's always a pain to be delivered and to get your parcel back. In addition, my precious cream had been opened and was in bad condition. In spite of my emails and photos, no feedback from customer service. The products are great as long as we can pick up our package at the requested place and in good condition!
