I was dissatisfied because I was 100% sure that I had entered my billing address as the delivery address, but instead my goods were sent to a DPD PackShop, which was also not around the corner. They couldn't redirect it either. Very annoying.

Since I've been using the soap, I've had lots and lots of pimples appearing on my face. I normally have a blemish-free face, so I bought it to use a "quality" soap.
Delivery time far too long. It was supposed to arrive within 5 working days, but it only arrived after 2 weeks.

Very happy with the goat's milk soap. I'd heard a lot of good things about it and after using it, I'm very satisfied! I also tried the two-phase make-up remover, which removes all traces of make-up, even waterproof. I definitely recommend these products!

I bought the goat's milk mask soap and the oil-free moisturizing cream. I'm still delighted with all the products and brands I've tried, and Pin Up Secret is the only one with which I can see any difference in my hormonal acne. Despite the price, which is still high compared to supermarkets, the products last over time, and I never change! 😊

I haven't been testing the products for long but they are very pleasant. Unfortunately the shipping was a disaster! I will never order anything there again, I paid extra to have my package delivered directly to my home, of course this didn't happen!!!! Money is gone and I was able to pick up the package kilometers away from a store. I have also written to customer service and have not yet received an answer. Very annoying!

Fast and uncomplicated delivery. I have just started using the product. The lather of the goat's milk soap feels velvety soft. The soap lathers well and quickly. The facial skin feels soft after washing.
