Parcel received a few weeks ago and I wrote to the brand to adapt their products to my routine, on Instagram: no response. I hope the quality of the products will be better than the customer service.

The products don't suit me.....they burn me..too bad.

Order placed, fast delivery except that one item was missing. To receive my article (in a concern of ecology) they propose me -50% on a product and I will receive the missing one at the same time. I refused, forcing and 0 gesture with the sending of the missing product and I had to pay postage on top! Very disappointed for a first purchase. I don't think I'd recommend

I used the goat's milk mask for a long time years ago and was very satisfied. Then I tried other drugstore brands because of the price, but was never satisfied. Now I know that the goat's milk soap is definitely worth the price. I like the smell, the consistency and the way it feels on the skin and my skin is much cleaner and more even as a result of regular use. I'm thrilled all round 😊

I ordered the 2× light soap , only with goat milk and received 2×with curcuma!!! They totally stain and my face is orange 😔

Products were not delivered to my address but to a collection point. I have still not received a reply to my complaint about this. But feedback on the products would be appreciated. I would say: brazen approach and not very service-oriented

Very happy with the products but very disappointed with the customer service. I had a problem on my order because the point of delivery to recover. My order was on vacation afterwards. I contacted customer service by e-mail, but never got a reply... That's a shame!
