I'm delighted with the products I ordered (soap + mist). The only small hitch was with the 2nd delivery, when the deliveryman took my order to another collection point much further away, without telling me.

As the product says "use max 2x per week", I cannot give a rating at the moment.
Product is very good. Customer service, doesn't work for me at all, no accommodation, although the delivery address was given, it was left at the packing station, when I wrote to customer service, they were not at all accommodating, made me aware that I would have to pay shipping costs again if I didn't pick up the package. I informed them that I am not mobile, but the customer service was not interested at all, they were rather snippy, therefore product top, customer service flopp
