My package was damaged. My spouse accepted it because the package was complete. The problem was that the cream was not properly sealed. So I don't know what happened to my cream and the after-sales service told me to go to the post office.
I have ordered several times on this site, I love the products offered, they are natural and do good for our skin. However, I would like the brand to be more grateful to loyal customers. Why not offer loyal customers discounts or samples or something else? I think this would encourage customers to order regularly. Finally, I recommend this site because, in addition to their quality, their products are long-lasting, especially the goat's milk soap!
I am very pleased with the product but much less so with the delivery which is only by post and not at a relay point. It's difficult to go to the post office when you have a classic active life so for me it's a big negative point especially considering the rates applied: 26 € for a simple goat's milk soap.
