I am writing to you today about the sea salt scrub I ordered on January 31, 2019. The product seems to have had a problem; in fact, having ordered it before, I know it is easy to apply and exfoliates the skin effectively... unfortunately, the one I received today is dry, makes large chunks of product (glue-like texture) and is impossible to apply. I'm wondering if it has a defect, as I can't do anything with it. Would it be possible to get a refund or send me a new one? I'm sorry for this concern, but knowing your brand and the quality of your products (especially this one), I'm sure there is a problem. Very late delivery! Article received more than a week later! And the customer service is not understanding and constantly puts the blame on the post office! No commercial gesture on their part for all that! I do not recommend their service!
