Hello, I contacted your after-sales service because my oil-free cream has a malfunction. The dispenser is out of order so it is impossible to use my cream. This is my second order and I am extremely disappointed. I was just asking for a nozzle to make the dispenser work. But I am being asked to return the product. Hello, I have received my order and it arrived barely a week after I placed it, so your logistics is working smoothly. However, the goat's milk soap was in very bad condition due to the cardboard box and potential falls. The soap was therefore found in two when opening the bag and although it works very well the use is not really practical.
