I have received an incorrect order

Unfortunately, I received the wrong goods and had to send them back. I had to make an extra trip to a DPD store which is not nearby. Very annoying and unnecessary effort. No credit note or similar was guaranteed. I am satisfied with the products.

Big burn with soap.... Not satisfied

Order received quickly in a relay point. The products are of excellent quality. I'm 55 and I've been using the soap, mist and cream for about 1 week and I can already see an improvement in my skin, it's clearer, softer and brighter.

The soap doesn't leave my skin feeling good and unfortunately it doesn't completely remove all the dirt and make-up. I have to go over it with another cleanser afterwards and that doesn't make sense for me. Unfortunately, I can't understand the hype and can't use it🙁
