The two soaps I ordered arrived damaged. The packaging in my opinion was not thick enough, wrapped in a simple bubble wrap would have been more judicious. I have reported it and he blames the carrier !!!

I received your products yesterday and I have tested them but I am very mixed on the satisfaction. Would you have any advice? Please? Then I have not seen too much difference but my dry skin was even drier so I even said well it's normal finally I'll put the cream and the next to that the ordeal to start ...I started to put your cream on and I didn't even know how to make it penetrate completely because after 30 seconds my skin was red, hot and burning ... I caught lilitis even more plaques than expected especially since I had to remove it directly and put my personal night cream back on. I don't think it's normal especially since I asked for advice and explain my skin bp I'll say what will you advise me this time? Was I using the products wrong? To finish, the soap dried me out more than anything else my skin being already very dry at the base and I had more imperfections and redness while using it than before using it Hence the fact that I question the effectiveness of this product especially since the mask I do not know how to keep it 2-3 minutes not more than 15 minutes on his face to let it pose impossible mdr? extremely disappointed but good
