For this order I am dissatisfied. I ordered 2 bottles of Jardin f'Eden Mist, the caps were not completely screwed on and one was a little empty in its packaging. I made a complaint. They asked me for a photo, I sent the photo of the packaging softened by the liquid that had run out but since then radio silence. Note to self...this is an influencer product!!!

The treatments are really great and work too well but they are expensive

I've been using the soap for a few days now but I haven't seen any results yet.

Good soap. Too bad for the soft exfoliating care which is too soft it looks like a cream.

I prefer the old packaging. I find the cream without the oil too does not make any effect.

A decent cream. I was still attached to the oil-free cream in the glass bottle. I don't know if it's the same cream in another packaging because the effect is different.

This is not my first time ordering but my last experience was disappointing. I'm not talking about the quality of the products which I love, I'm talking about the customer service. On my last order, I was missing a product. I immediately reported it. I called back a week later. It's been 10 days and I have no answer, no refund, no return. Disappointed.

Nothing to say about the delivery, which was fast. First try of pin up secret products and I am quite disappointed, I do not like the consistency of the exfoliating care, it rinses badly and leaves a feeling of greasy skin.

I asked for home delivery and it was delivered to the post office !!!! I have tried the cream and I think it's great, but I haven't tried the soap yet.

Does not suit my skin. I have a bad reaction to soap. On the other hand, I like the oil-free cream and it moisturizes well.

Disappointed with this order. The packaging of the Secret de Velours body cream was poorly done and not verified with the shipment of the order. The result was that the cream was spilled into the bubble wrap. I am waiting for a discount to be able to place another order; the delay to get a promotional code in compensation is still long (I have been waiting for 4 working days). I hope to get at least 50 or 60%. As for the other products, I'm fine. I would like to point out that this is not my first order at Pin Up Secret and that it's the first time it happened to me.

Fast reception, cream without oil just great because does not make the skin greasy at all, me who does not support any soap... that is perfect, now to see its effectiveness for acne.

I was happy to order from pinup again, the big drawback is the condition of the products when receiving the package! The boxes were in poor condition with leaked product ... cardboard packaging products damaged ... to offer it was lost. The quality of delivery has deteriorated, too bad!
