Hello, I like bcp products, on the other hand the service after more than disappointing and unprofessional!! When I placed my first order I had a problem with one of the products, so I sent an email and then a phone call and then p'us News or solution !!!!! And for the second order I just received my soap which is full of blow !!!! Be well aware that it is for your products and certainly not for the after sales service whether by mail by phone or on Instagram!!!

The products are tops. I've been using them for almost a week now and I can already see a difference. I have very oily skin and since I've been using these products, my skin is soft! The only "hitch" is that I waited 6 days to receive my order (order placed Friday night - shipped on Saturday and I only received it on Thursday). Given that it was Black Friday, that's understandable!
