I had a problem and the customer service didn't even answer, which is not normal considering the price we pay.

I am satisfied with the products, even if I don't have any particular problem with my skin. The soap and cream combination is top of the line. Thank you

I bought the cream without oil and the soap I am very satisfied with the soap but concerning the cream I do not recommend it at all it has a very thick appearance on the skin and if we look at the composition we find dimethicone then I do not see how apart from clogging the pores of the skin this cream can it improve the appearance In the end I would take the soap but not the cream

I did receive the package on time but I never got an answer to my email regarding the amount debited which does not seem to be the right one. I am satisfied with the product but not with the service.
