The shipment can only be made to a DPD branch and I had to drive an extra 10 km for it. Well, okay, I accepted that. But my parcel wasn't delivered to the branch at all or couldn't be found. I drove there 3 times for nothing. Paid shipping... Way too complicated and I wouldn't order again. Customer service is also unavailable.

I went to my bookseller and the package is gone. Can you please send it back? I was not told at the outset that my parcel was there, even though I had given my contact details. I usually receive an e-mail with a parcel number.

No order confirmation, no delivery or shipping confirmation, this query is the first email I receive, unfortunately. Due to the delay, I also somehow no longer have the gift (SECRET BOOSTER D'ECLAT), which was unfortunately simply missing. I think the soap is really great, but the whole process was very chaotic and confusing.

My daughter and I love the whole hair range. The serum is just amazing. Hair is soft and shiny. It's moisturized. I'm really impressed and delighted to have tried this range. Hesitant about the price. But very happy to have taken the plunge. I highly recommend it.

My name was incorrectly labeled on the parcel by the manufacturer. The goods never arrived because, according to the parcel carrier, they could not be delivered. Customer service is a disaster. I get neither feedback nor my money back.

Perfect product

Fast delivery, compliant products!

Soap supposedly for blemished skin, but contains far too many comedogenic ingredients. After 1 week, I had lots of pimples and grainy skin. I lost my money.

The mask is not great for dry hair
