Forgot to ship my order, once received error on the products, still waiting for the promised promo code being created

Problem when placing the order. Following a complaint, quick return, but long delivery time thereafter.

I did not receive all the creams. I am disappointed. Otherwise the quality of the products is great!

I like the soap, but I don't like the cream at all. Once I put it on, after a few hours my skin starts to pull.

Order not validated at the beginning while payment ticket received by mail. Problem quickly solved. The soap is great and smells very good but the scrub doesn't smell like a toxic chemical smell of wall paint.

I am starting my routine, for the moment the smell and the containers suit me perfectly

I had to contact customer service twice because : - my order was paid but not taken into account on the website. - I finally received my order but it was incomplete. Fortunately the customer service is reactive.

Fast and efficient order ! Mixed opinion on the products, I only recommend the soap (the oil-free cream and a mask ordered previously are very badly rated on Yuka: endocrine disruptors and even carcinogenic potential ..... pity!)

Not enough hindsight for the moment and besides it was to make a gift to my daughter, so I can't tell you for the moment.

Promo code used shanna 40 and a soap offered reduction made but no soap offered more I find that the cream does not have the same smell as before

I have the cream bottle without oil the cream is hard impossible to pump out the cream

So the first day of use everything goes well, I have a soft skin, but the following days I started to catch pimples while I NEVER had any! I had bought the goat milk soap because I had heard that it tightens the pores of the skin, and I find myself with a lot of pimples, knowing that I have never had pimples I am really very disappointed

After using the products I bought, I developed a lot of pimples that I didn't have at all before. My skin was very itchy when I applied them. I do not recommend pin up secret products.

Tested only for 1 week, so not a lot of results. Smoother skin texture and no more change in the pimples than that. To be seen in the long term

I just used it so no real change for the moment, except that I have tingling when using the soap I do not know if so normal. So there delivery is very fast.

Disappointed by the oil pump that does not work I went back to the problem I was told that there was more pump so fuck off what does that mean!

2 stars because the only positive point is the delivery time nothing to say, the time is well respected. On the other hand, surprise, I have one of my products where the lid is cracked. For the price, I was expecting something more solid than cheap plastic. Finally, these products don't seem to be suitable for my facial skin. I bought the goat milk soap and the silky cream. When I use the soap as a mask (once a week and I've been using them for 2 weeks and a few days), it stings and the cream applied after cleansing does not relieve it. On the contrary, it dries my skin. I am disappointed despite all the positive reviews I have read. Too bad for me.

Some delay in the orders but very good products

My feeling about my last purchase is not very good. I had to take steps with your customers following a bug in your system. My account was debited and my purchases were not registered on your site. Following my requests, my order was sent to me but I did not receive any explanation concerning this incident.

The soap is very pleasant and my skin no longer has pimples or black pears. However, I don't like the fragrance of the cream in the jar and it's not moisturizing enough for me.

Catastrophe... I have pimples in places I would never have suspected possible on my face, at the price it cost me... it sucks and it doesn't fit me at all!! fortunately a natural plant is saving me

I wanted to tell you that I was very disappointed with the reception of the package and especially with the plastic added inside. I buy solid to not use all these plastic bottles anymore, and stop filling my garbage cans unnecessarily. I let you see in picture the quantity of waste received for only 1 product. I buy solid soaps elsewhere and I receive them in an adapted box, without any plastic and their state is impeccable. Moreover you add a plastic around the soap which is itself in a cardboard box! Unfortunately, I question the natural side of the soap that has been in contact (how long?) with this plastic very tight to the product. It's a shame, I don't think I'll order from you anymore

I love the soaps, but I have the impression that you have changed the components because the soaps do not have the same effect on the skin as the previous ones.
