Second time for me. Big mistake on the oil free cream, it was before in a bottle where we lost 1/5 of the product. Now the bottle is not reusable and the pump is null, heavy bottle. All this to not extend the straw of 1cm in the green bottle. I think I will order more it is not improved for me even if the product remains effective of ouf

Burns the skin

I am disappointed with the new smell of the oil-free cream, I liked the old one too much

Does not suit me at all. Dry and red skin since I use these products. The smell is not necessarily divine. I have a combination skin with some pimples sometimes, so I don't recommend for this type of skin. When I apply the cream after cleansing with soap, it burns me. Very disappointed.

Goat's milk soap is great, but it dries out the skin a little. The oil-free cream is a disaster, but really a disaster, really bad for your health, carcinogenic...

Disappointed by the waiting time for my package to be delivered! One week between the order and the delivery, I never had such a delay with other online ordering services!

A little disappointed by the cream: indeed I saw on the internet that a change of packaging had taken place however I had the old stock (which seems normal to me until then). My problem is that my cream had dried on the edges and does not have the usual consistency, so I am disappointed to have received the bottom of the cupboard that was left to empty your stocks.

The soap is great but the brush has 8 euros ... I used it 2x and it came off... at this price it's a little limited.

I'm disappointed every time I order you don't deliver me to the requested relay point. But at the post office I work and I have quite long hours so I'm obliged to go and queue on a Saturday in the post office of Sevran sorry but if we put a delivery address it's not to be delivered elsewhere and it's the 3rd time so I stop ordering pin up products.

Nothing exceptional ... it is a soap that can be found in organic cosmetics in supermarkets ... and the cream without oil is the same it is well but we find better and much cheaper. Clearly if you want to lose money go there 😂

The peeling a little disappointed, it made me small white buttons by dint of rubbing, but the blackhead scrub very well makes the skin soft.

Product at the height of the quality communicated. However, when I opened my package, the lid of the cream was broken. Impossible to close the jar properly

Order received quickly enough, but I would have thought and I would have liked that by ordering a pack my order is nicely packed and not put in bulk in bubble wrap in a simple delivery box. For a pack purchased I could still have had my products in a nice box especially since it was to offer so it's a little average just received in bubble wrap.

I asked for delivery at home (screen shot available) and they delivered to the post office, with my job it is difficult to go to the post office openings, while a soap would have fit in the mailbox
