Hello, For this time, a problem with my delivery (the package would have arrived damaged so could not be distributed to me. Even though I was waiting for the soap I ordered because my son had finished his, I waited. But what I think is a pity is that I had to contact them again to find out where the 2nd shipment was following this incident. Thank goodness I called because it still wasn't sent back... This order was not the best experience... When there is a delivery problem, at least make sure you check the tracking of the order you are supposed to send back.

Package received without delivery notes just the products left inside. No coupons to encourage a new order. The instructions of a product are written in German, no translation. Obliged to go on the site to understand. Otherwise, the products smell good and have a good texture. I am not convinced by the peeling, the soap is good and the precious cream is good. I'm thinking of recommending it and taking another product to complete the range.

Second time for me. Big mistake on the oil free cream, it was before in a bottle where we lost 1/5 of the product. Now the bottle is not reusable and the pump is null, heavy bottle. Does not suit me at all. Dry and red skin since I use these products. The smell is not necessarily divine. I have a combination skin with some pimples sometimes, so I don't recommend for this type of skin. When I apply the cream after cleansing with soap, it burns me. Very disappointed.
