Very poorly advised

The price is still high and I find that the new packaging is less "luxurious" and I like it less

After a week my skin is very dry and burns. Not recommended.

Products not suitable for sensitive skin. Irritation and itching one week after using these products.

It is a good soap but I am very disappointed to discover that I will have to wait before using it because it is not recommended at all during a pregnancy. It is not indicated on the site, too bad.

Disappointed by the waiting time for my package to be delivered! One week between the order and the delivery, I never had such a delay with other online ordering services!

A little disappointed by the cream: indeed I saw on the internet that a change of packaging had taken place however I had the old stock (which seems normal to me until then). My problem is that my cream had dried on the edges and does not have the usual consistency, so I am disappointed to have received the bottom of the cupboard that was left to empty your stocks.

The soap is great but the brush has 8 euros ... I used it 2x and it came off... at this price it's a little limited.

I was happy with the brush, I ordered the soap and the cream and I wanted to take the peeling and I beep for the ingredients and carcinogenic 🙁 I am disgusted

I'm disappointed every time I order you don't deliver me to the requested relay point. But at the post office I work and I have quite long hours so I'm obliged to go and queue on a Saturday in the post office of Sevran sorry but if we put a delivery address it's not to be delivered elsewhere and it's the 3rd time so I stop ordering pin up products.

Nothing exceptional ... it is a soap that can be found in organic cosmetics in supermarkets ... and the cream without oil is the same it is well but we find better and much cheaper. Clearly if you want to lose money go there 😂

The peeling a little disappointed, it made me small white buttons by dint of rubbing, but the blackhead scrub very well makes the skin soft.

The soap is very pleasant but the cream dries out the skin too much.

It's very surprising considering all the positive reviews, but I have this feeling that it dries my skin out even more. Yet I have the soap + moisturizer.

I've been hearing about the amazing power of PinUp Secret products for years. I bought the soap for over 20€ and it leaves my skin dry and irritated. Garbage can

Since I've been using the pin up secret products I don't see any change in my acne

Product at the height of the quality communicated. However, when I opened my package, the lid of the cream was broken. Impossible to close the jar properly

I am pleased with the products overall. But I am dissatisfied because I reported a defect on the pump of the oil-free cream, and I have not had any feedback

Order received quickly enough, but I would have thought and I would have liked that by ordering a pack my order is nicely packed and not put in bulk in bubble wrap in a simple delivery box. For a pack purchased I could still have had my products in a nice box especially since it was to offer so it's a little average just received in bubble wrap.

I asked for delivery at home (screen shot available) and they delivered to the post office, with my job it is difficult to go to the post office openings, while a soap would have fit in the mailbox

I have no doubt that these must be good products but they are not at all suitable for very dry and sensitive skin. After application, my skin feels tight and even drier than before applying the cream.

Hello, I was very disappointed that I did not receive any samples or small gifts. The cream smells very strong. A not very pleasant smell. And on my mature skin, I have to use a lot to stop feeling the tightness. My face became very red for a few hours. I stop using it because I don't know if it's out of date or my skin can't stand it. The soaps are ok but very very expensive!

I love the soaps, but the pelling, I find it as inexistent in its function.

Hello, the products are great! But the order arrived at a relay point which is located at 15 minutes from my home especially since it is a road where there is a lot of traffic! Knowing that I live in a city where there are a lot of relay points including a post office at the end of my street! So disappointed with the delivery place!

I had ordered the whole range a few years ago because I had severe acne and it had no effect on my skin. I renewed the experience a few months ago, with a much less present acne (thanks to the Cerave soap) and again no result on my skin. I am therefore disappointed by this product, especially at this price. I put two stars for the smell which is very pleasant, we can feel the goat milk, and also for its duration in time, I finished it after 6 months with a use every evening.
