Very disappointed by the products. The texture is pleasant at first but my skin became very dry, with redness, which I did not have before. My skin feels tight during the day

The product removes impurities but dries the skin a lot. Before I always moisturized my skin with almond oil, creams etc, since I use pin up secret to remove impurities the soap dries my skin three times more. 2 stars because it removes impurities.

Not very happy with the cream I received for the face and dispenser does not work so not easy to get rid of it I am really very disappointed

Usually there is no problem! But I was close to canceling my order because the shipping was so long. I was on vacation in France and almost left without having received my order, fortunately it happened the day I was flying!

Quality product no worries but ..., on my account I see that the order is shipped ok, but after a week the package was still not arrived, so I go to the post office where the package was to arrive, the person asks me the tracking number and tells me that the package was still not taken care of ... finally the package arrived three days after Valentine's Day! really cool!!! and more it's really complicated to reach customer service ... Products ordered on February 03 and delivered on the 18th!!! No information from you. It is me who asked for news by mail.and there, I am told that one of the articles is out of stock but that the stocks will be restocked the day after tomorrow.....72h after I finally have the package. I put 3 stars an average note because the products are super apparently I begin to use them recently but for my part a delivery on 15 days because a product was not in stock I had to wait for the restocking of this product of my complete box thus a long delivery for me I hope to have a beautiful skin with all the products which I received

I really liked the hand cream, but not the soap at all. I got up with it for ten days and as I have acne-prone skin, it got worse and I have lots of other small pimples that hurt like hell, so I'm not at all satisfied with the soap, it made my case worse and it's very expensive.

So I love this routine, my what I don't understand my skin gets drier and drier until I get dry patches visible to the naked eye 🤷♀️ So I'm not sure how to do it and what to do.

Very good products! However, my skin has become very dry on the lower part of my face since I started using them.
