I thought that this soap would avoid dry skin after the shower, compared to its unit price, I still find it expensive

Quality product no worries but ..., on my account I see that the order is shipped ok, but after a week the package was still not arrived, so I go to the post office where the package was to arrive, the person asks me the tracking number and tells me that the package was still not taken care of ... finally the package arrived three days after Valentine's Day! really cool!!! and more it's really complicated to reach customer service ... I never had .....

Products ordered on February 03 and delivered on the 18th!!! No information from you. It is me who asked for news by mail.and there, I am told that one of the articles is out of stock but that the stocks will be restocked the day after tomorrow.....72h after I finally have the package. I put 3 stars an average note because the products are super apparently I begin to use them recently but for my part a delivery on 15 days because a product was not in stock I had to wait for the restocking of this product of my complete box thus a long delivery for me I hope to have a beautiful skin with all the products which I received

I really liked the hand cream, but not the soap at all. I got up with it for ten days and as I have acne-prone skin, it got worse and I have lots of other small pimples that hurt like hell, so I'm not at all satisfied with the soap, it made my case worse and it's very expensive.

So I love this routine, my what I don't understand my skin gets drier and drier until I get dry patches visible to the naked eye 🤷♀️ So I'm not sure how to do it and what to do.

Very good products! However, my skin has become very dry on the lower part of my face since I started using them.

The soap and cream are very effective but disappointed with the scrub that does not remove dead skin.

I use the soap I received from the store. It feels clean and non-greasy all day long. However, it does make my skin a little dry and I get pimples that I didn't have before. I will continue to use it to see how long it lasts.

Order received quickly. The products do not suit me: I have combination skin and the soap dries out my skin, so to moisturize my skin I have to mix the two creams or I end up with white areas. The peeling plays its role well.

The soap smells very strong easy and pleasant application, the cream without oil is very easy of application also the texture super pleasant but big disappointment because the compo is not clean hello the endocrine disruptors 👋 not yet seen results after 1 week of using
