Fast shipping but products giving no results except drying or burning the skin

Good product, but the smell of the scrub is not great at all

The products are still great, nothing to say about that. However, I was very disappointed to see a huge amount of bubble wrap for only two soaps ... not great for the environment

My skin feels tight afterwards despite the oil-free cream.

Strong points: this soap is great for reducing skin problems like small pimples and blemishes, it has a good duration in time and a pleasant smell (3 stars) weak points: its very high price for a soap that improves the complexion, at the limit if it had mattifying agents that could justify the cost for a perfect complexion.

Hello, I don't see the result yet, I'm even afraid that it gives me more pimples...

This is not the first time I have ordered the soap so I am happy with it. I have to test a few days to know if the exfoliant keeps its promises. On the other hand, I was very disappointed with the oil-free cream because it doesn't have the same smell as usual and that's one of the reasons why I loved it. The whole thing made it perfect. Without this smell it is not the same.

Great product but the delivery is very very long

I have already tested the goat milk soap several times and I love it. It has even been adopted by my friends and family. I wanted to discover the complete range but I am missing the oil-free cream in my order. Too bad! Ps: I already contacted the customer service

Good product but way too expensive

I find that the shipping costs at home are way too expensive for just 1 soap. There are not enough parcel relays to choose from closer to home.

I have been using the pin up secret products for six months. At the beginning, the desired effect is guaranteed. An improvement of my acne in particular. But as time went by, my skin dried out, if I didn't use the cream for even one day, my skin was very dry. (Much more than before using pin up secret.) In short, at the big brands of laboratory, the products are much less expensive and sometimes much more respectful and effective.

For the moment I don't see any effect on my face, I'm waiting a little while before stopping

I am for the moment septic on the products (soaps and cream without oil) because the soap burns my skin especially when I use it in mask. I hope that this discomfort will fade away after using them... On the other hand, the products smell extremely good and the textures are very pleasant.

I took the soap which I use twice a day and the cream. I have big concerns about tightness. My skin is tight which is not pleasant

Very disappointed... I started ordering this brand because I have big problems with acne. It was going very well as far as products are concerned, my pimples are almost all gone but unfortunately the brand was a little victim of its success and the quality has deteriorated. I ordered 2 precious creams that I usually take at 32€ each. Usually they were unctuous and light and there I received my package the creams were compact, a gelatinous texture completely unusable. I reported the problem, they sent me back 2 creams with the same problem! I reported it again to the brand who asked me to send them back the creams but I'm currently abroad and I don't have that much to send back and wait for packages. I reported the problem the first time considering the price of the jar of cream I was hoping that they would check it before sending me back a defective product again but obviously not... that's why I think I will not order the creams anymore I don't feel like running and reporting products... I'm really disappointed because the quality was there before and it was working well... but obviously they don't care about the quality nor about the customers...

Used for less than 2 weeks. I must admit that it is not bad for the moment. Bought it because of hormonal deregulation. It looks like a 15 year old. It does indeed dry out the skin. I am not a big fan of the oil-free cream. I don't have the impression that it moisturizes much. On irritated skin it stings a bit. The scrub is pretty good. We'll have to see how it goes over time.

I ordered the oil-free cream but the pump does not work properly

I'm starting to see results on my skin knowing that I have horrible acneic skin I hope with time it will go away in any case I continue the soap and the cream without oil 👍

Order received on time, however expensive for what it is the bottle scrub is practical it is earlier a cleansing milk than a scrub there are not many beads really disappointed, the soap I used 2 times I let it sit only 5 minutes because I feel my skin heat and I have buttons that appeared since the or I had none, I will not recommend for sure!

I don't find it so efficient and I find it expensive

My order was charged twice, 2 days apart. As a precaution I preferred to block my credit card, which cost me bank fees to make a new card. You reimbursed me without any problem, but it still cost me the bank fees. I don't know if I will order again.

I place an order and I am debited twice the amount on my account and 15 days later still no news. It's a shame because the products are really great.

I am waiting to see the effects of the products I ordered. As for my experience, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My order was debited twice on my account without being informed by the customer service. It was me who contacted them who told me that a technical problem was in progress! It would have been judicious in a concern of transparency and customer satisfaction to inform us where else. Instead of leaving your customers in the worry! 1st order and last one with you!

A little disappointed n have a lot of redness

The first few days were magical. I had a superb skin but after 1 week of using it twice a day I had red patches on my cheeks and my skin was very dry. I spaced out the use and it is better. The peeling to remove the dead skin suits me on the other hand. But I would continue to use the soap. It still did my skin good

The scent of the soap is too strong and the main ingredient is not goat milk !
