Thank you very much for these great products. I was influenced by Kim V. some time ago. I have been using the goat milk soap for quite a while now and I am very happy with it. My skin felt noticeably finer right after the first application. I have already gifted it to my closest people. Now I have bought more products and these are also absolutely high quality and recommendable. However, the facial fluid is not alcohol-free as stated on the bottle. The ingredients tell a different story. Personally, that doesn't bother me at all.

The products are good but every time wrong or not all products are delivered, then you have to contact them, there are repeated inquiries from customer service, so you repeatedly invest time and energy into their mistakes and there is no adequate compensation. An offer for a 20% voucher, which is only valid for 6 months and would only benefit the company, because I would then order products that I do not need. So the customer service and especially the packing of the packages is more than unsatisfactory!
