I had ordered a set of soap and a soap dish, but instead of the soap dish, I received a brush. I reported the error to customer service. As compensation, I was offered either the resending of the soap dish or a 50% voucher – I chose the voucher. After I specified my desired product for the voucher, I was surprisingly informed that there would now only be a 40% discount. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response to my inquiry about why the voucher was suddenly reduced. Since there has been no response to my follow-up until today, I now apparently have no solution – neither soap dish nor voucher. The communication was friendly at first, but ultimately disappointing and unreliable. Three stars due to the customer service in the lack of feedback! The products are really great.

Simply great products! My skin looks great and feels good. I've been using the soap, lotion, and scrub for about 2 years. With the right application, the products are also very economical!

I love the products. Both my skin and that of my 14-year-old son are grateful for the daily care with the Pinup Secret products. The skin is super clean and feels so soft. We use the goat milk mask for the body, mostly for the face and décolleté, but not only. It also gets stubborn stains out of clothing very well.

I am very satisfied with the product as always. The shipping costs are, in my opinion, clearly too high.
