I ordered Christmas boxes including a second free soap that I unfortunately did not find at the reception in my package, referring to customer service I had as an answer that the weight carrier was correct, and nothing else despite I sent photos of the package and then out of the package and then again all separate ... more response .... So even though the product seems to be good the service around it really leaves something to be desired.

Disappointed to pay delivery fees to be delivered as soon as possible and all in all received later.

I have for several days a burning sensation when I applied the precious cream... I have atopic skin, sensitive skin with eczema tendencies I do not recommend the cream even if according to the site it is adapted otherwise the goat milk soap and the gentle exfoliating care I have not much to say no change on my skin.

Ordered to the wrong relay point at the other end of France. The package was supposed to be called back quickly but no news. I have not received my order for December 15.

The soap and the cream without the oil are great, but the peeling and the exfoliant are not suitable for all acne-prone skin because my skin was inflamed from using them.

A little disappointed with my day cream

My opinion is very divided, I've been testing the products for a week now and they have completely stripped my skin of its natural oils and caused the appearance of large red patches.

I am not satisfied with the soap and the cream. These products are supposedly beneficial for skin problems (eczema, psoriasis, etc.), but I feel a lot of tingling and burning on my face after application.

The smells and textures are very pleasant. However, the peeling leaves residues on the small hair on the face, which are hard to remove. Despite all the treatments, I can't get rid of the little skin from the wing of my nose to the cheekbone. To be continued as the treatments begin.
