Problem with the order ... reception not very fast

The products are very good, but the after sales service less so. I am a little disappointed, I received the oil-free cream with a broken tip (the cream did not pour), video to support, and the SAV told me to cut a piece of the stem and try again. I would have preferred to have a functional product...

I am not satisfied with the soap and the cream. These products are supposedly beneficial for skin problems (eczema, psoriasis, etc.), but I feel a lot of tingling and burning on my face after application.

The smells and textures are very pleasant. However, the peeling leaves residues on the small hair on the face, which are hard to remove. Despite all the treatments, I can't get rid of the little skin from the wing of my nose to the cheekbone. To be continued as the treatments begin.

Package received in a box and bubble wrap. The pretty Pin up secret box that we see on the site is non-existent. No invoice inside; no explanatory note on the products. I received a product in addition, as there is nothing written on it I had to search on the internet to know what it was. So rather disappointed with the "neat" packaging

Given the cost of the products, it would have been obvious to send the product box in a packaging other than a damaged cardboard box with the bulk products inside, especially since the box is to be offered. Very very limited, I would even say petty.

Great product but a little disappointed by the peeling without grain, not enough cleansing for me and yet I have no skin problem. if I leave the soap in mask 5 minutes it stings me a little
