I bought the soap + cream combo without oils. I don't have severe acne, but I still get painful hormonal pimples that take a long time to go away. So far, after 2 weeks, I'm very happy with it: my skin seems to heal faster and I haven't had any new blemishes. Always remember to moisturize your skin after using the soap, so that it doesn't dry out too much. I really like the oil-free cream, which is super pleasant to apply and leaves the skin super soft.
